The programme combines 62km of guided running with recovery time, chef-prepared food and memorable local experiences.

Arrival and welcome
Settle in, meet the coaching team and ease into the retreat with a relaxed local run.
Coached local tour
DAY TWO

A varied team run followed by recovery time, lunch and a relaxed local tasting experience.
DAY THREE
5KM
Parkrun & reset
Holkham parkrun, post-run coffee and cake, then an open afternoon to recover and unwind.

21KM
The headline coastal run, completed together and followed by a celebratory evening meal.
Recovery & reflection

A gentle final run and one last breakfast together before the group heads home.

Edgar Farmhouse is a private and characterful base less than five miles from the Norfolk coast.
There is room to eat, recover and spend unhurried time together, with an indoor pool, tennis court and comfortable communal spaces waiting between runs.

The retreat is best suited to regular runners who feel comfortable covering at least 5-10km and are excited by the prospect of running approximately 62km across five days.
You do not need to be fast or competitive. You do need to enjoy running consistently and feel ready for a longer shared programme.

You should run regularly and feel comfortable covering at least 5-10km without stopping. The retreat includes approximately 62km across five days, including a 21km coastal run.

No. The retreat offers a meaningful running challenge, but the emphasis stays on enjoyment, exploration and shared experience rather than racing or personal bests.

It depends. We will ask about your current pace and experience before confirming your place. The runs are guided and supported, but participant suitability remains important.

Yes. Solo runners are welcome, and the shared runs, meals and activities make it easy to get to know the rest of the group.
